MAIN LEVEL - The house is a dual level, with steps going up to the main level from the street. The house has been completely renovated, from quartz counter tops, to high end vinyl flooring throughout the social areas. Main bedroom plus two guest bedrooms. Main bedroom has a king size bed, 68" Smart 4k HD TV, amazing views of the lake with direct access door to the upper deck. The Master bathroom is spectacular, from backlit mirrors, to the expansive shower with views of the lake if you want.

Bedroom 2 - A full size bunk bed over and under with a twin trundle. Perfect to sleep 5 persons. Bedroom 2 and 3 share a bath, but each bedroom has a sink that can be used even when the shower and toilet are in use. Custom quartz counter tops on sinks, custom shower, and plenty of closet space.

Bedroom 3 - Two bunk beds with a full size bed under and a twin size bed over. Ideal room to sleep 6 people.

Kitchen and outdoor deck - The kitchen is open to the family room. Plenty of dishware, and silverware for every one. Large breakfast area with direct access to the deck. On the deck an outdoor dining space with crazy views of the lake. Sitting space for 12, two lounge chairs for sun tanning, and two hammocks to enjoy the weather, views and relax.

GAME ROOM - BUNK ROOM AND BAR - Downstairs is the game room which is the perfect place for your group to get together and have fun. Enjoy your favorite games on three Smart TV's, play your favorite music on the SONOS system, and enjoy all the amenities which include Foosball table, air hockey table, pool table, darts, karaoke stage, poker table, darts, table games, and more.
The bunk room sleeps 6 on two bunk beds. Lower beds are full size, upper beds are twin size. The room connects to a private full bath shared with the game room through a different access.
The bar sits 12 people, is fully furnished with glasses, disposable cups, refrigerator, microwave, ice chest.
Outside the Game Room is the built in kitchen with a 36" Blackstone Griddle, a Kamado Joe, and a dine bar. This is all located on the lower level in the cover patio with seating for 16.

THE PAVILLION - In between the house and the lake is The Pavillion, with a built in wood burning fireplace, a professional grade Pit Boss Grill, and different areas with seating for everyone.

THE FIRE-PIT - Past the Pavilion is the wood burning Fire-Pit. A perfect place to be close to the water and enjoy great views without having to go down to The Dock. The Fire-Pit has plenty of space for everyone.

THE DOCK - On The Dock you will enjoy a kayak, two stand up paddle boards, a TV to connect your consoles or watch local network channels. Bring your own Jetski and Boat. The tower has two swings.
